Refund policy
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy:
1. 100-Day Warranty
Our safety products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 100 days from the date of purchase, provided they are used under normal conditions. If a defect is found during this period, Collins Safety will cover the cost of repair or replacement.
2. Return & Exchange (In Store and Online)
- In-store or online purchases: You have 30 business days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Excessive wear due to misuse or improper use.
- Items that have sustained damage from extreme use.
- Items that are worn or poorly maintained.
4. Return and Exchange Process
- To return or exchange a product, you must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- In-store exchange: You can visit any of our stores to exchange products with a quality defect or for any other exchange.
- Online returns: If you purchased an item online and wish to return it, please contact us for return instructions.
5. Exchange for Quality Defects
In the case of a manufacturing defect, items are eligible for exchange at our stores, subject to stock availability.
