SHIELDTEX FABRIC
ROYER introduced SHIELDTEX fabric in 2008 with the launch of the Mother of All Boots collection. This high performance fabric was originally developed for the car and motorcycle racing industry. It offers high abrasion and wear resistance while optimizing flexibility and breathability. ROYER is a pioneer in its use in work boots and shoes.

AIRFLOW MEMBRANE
Boots made with AIRFLOW lining are waterproof. A microporous membrane laminated to the lining protects the inside of the boot from liquid infiltration while ensuring perspiration elimination.

PARESHOK BUMPER TOE
A protective TPU or rubber toe cap positioned on the front of the boot (over the leather and toe cap) to increase the wear resistance of the uppers.

      ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

      Thank you for purchasing from Collins online.  The customer service department is open from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EASTERN TIME.

      ORDER CONFIRMATION

      By confirming your order on the Collins website, you are agreeing to the sales terms and conditions as described on the website. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, our customer service department will contact you to make the necessary arrangements to have your order delivered with the shortest delay possible.

      ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

      If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has been placed online, you must contact our customer service department as soon as possible at 514-526-7931.  Please leave a detailed message including your name, your order number and the best phone number to contact you during our business hours. A member of our customer service team will contact you in a timely manner.  Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

      SHIPPING POLICY

      Once you confirm an order on our website, the shipping will occur within 7 to 10 business days.  The shipping address must be clearly indicated to avoid any delivery issues. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, some remote locations within Canada or outside of Canada.

      Collins reserves the right to select the delivery company of its choice to deliver your order. An order shipment confirmation, including a tracking number & estimated delivery date will be sent to you shortly after the package has been shipped. The average delay for deliveries is 3 to 7 business days.  For an order value more than $50, the shipping is free.  For an order value of $100 to $150, a shipping charge of $10 will be added to your invoice.  For an order value less than $100, a shipping charge of $20 will be added to your invoice.

      For Canada only: Delivery times are normally 3 to 7 business days. For orders over $50, delivery is free. For an order value of less than $50, a $20 shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

      RETURN POLICY

      Until you are satisfied that your safety footwear is the right size and fit, please only wear them indoors.  We cannot refund or exchange worn footwear.

      Unworn footwear (meaning in the condition in which you received the product) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of you receiving your shoes. Shipping charges for a return will be free or refundable.

      You must return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoebox to mail the package. The shoebox will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it … and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.

      Please include your Collins invoice.

      If you return your purchase for a refund the cost of your original purchase will be refunded. If you return your purchase for an exchange we will refund your original purchase price. Your new purchase will be charged to your credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
